Part Time Office Assistant

Answer phones, run credit cards, run credit applications, filing, greeting customers, and
other office duties.

Looking for someone that maybe in going into accounting, construction or HR as we can
add duties based on what they are studying in college.

This job is part time shared and works well with student schedules. Monday -Friday 3 or 4
to 7pm and Saturdays 9-4. No holidays or Sundays. Shared job so not every Saturday. If
time available during summer or during school days can pick up extra hours to help out in
accounting office or help cover vacations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing new business by leveraging relationships with new and existing clients
• Use company resources as directed throughout the sales process from initial lead contact to close and installation follow-up.
• Yearly – Set and maintain sales goals and objectives as defined in Biz plan and approval by VP Sales
• Develops through networking and maintains business relationships with potential customers
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and training programs
• Become proficient in all software as used by sales staff for essential job functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented


Skills and Experience
• 3 – 5 Years of sales experience
