Sales and Design Consultant - MCI Carpet One Floor and Home

MCI Carpet One is an extremely successful company offering an excellent opportunity for professionals with sales experience.

We are an industry leader in the residential and commercial flooring industry and are seeking talented sales professionals to join our team.  MCI Carpet One is an established company in Waite Park, Minnesota that offers design, selling and installation of residential and commercial flooring products, lighting, window treatments, and countertops.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing new business by leveraging relationships with new and existing clients
• Use company resources as directed throughout the sales process from initial lead contact to close and installation follow-up.
• Yearly – Set and maintain sales goals and objectives as defined in Biz plan and approval by VP Sales
• Develops through networking and maintains business relationships with potential customers
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and training programs
• Become proficient in all software as used by sales staff for essential job functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented


Skills and Experience
• 3 – 5 Years of sales experience
